New Candidate List: Facet Chip Icons Off Center

We fixed an issue in the New Candidate List where the location and trash icons in facet pickers shifted out of alignment when multiple chips were added. The icons now remain aligned with the bottom edge of the input field, even when multiple rows of chips are present.
